My First card challenge

Hi Everyone, I am so excited this is my very first card challenge. I have decided to use a Robert Jackson design (they are all so cute). It does not matter if I win or lose, I'm just happy that I finally took the plunge to take part in a challenge. You see, I was not always so gutsy. I lack initiative and I am always doubting  myself. for a long time I have done crafts, yet never posted anything online before because  after seeing all the wonderful creation's all you scrappers do. I always thought  my work is not good enough
.
But I have to give credit to a very special lady named Laura Denison. She says everyone is good enough, we just have to do it and stop thinking we are not good enough ( I have to stop thinking people are going to judge my work so harshly). She always says don't worry if you make a mistake  it's just paper. I take Ustream classes with her and besides showing us how to do the most amazing albums and other projects she motivated everyone in the class to do a tag swap. I joined it and I will post pics when they are distributed to the other people in the swap, maybe in the next week or so I will also post the tags I receive.

I have opened this blog just about three months now and have grown a lot mentally and learned not to be so critical of myself or the work I do. And with all you beautiful people motivating me, I have decided to take myself in hand and join card challenges (maybe a layout one would be fun). But one thing at a time. As always Thank You so much for viewing my thoughts and ramblings. Hugs to all!

  4. Your card is adorable. You are more gutsy than I am. I have not entered my work in a challenge. So you go girl. Why you have doubted your work is beyond me. Your coloring and work is very nice. Hope you win and keep them coming.

  6. Hi! I love your adorable card! I think your coloring and work is just perfect!

Thanks for stopping by my blog (Expression Avenue)and leaving such nice comments. As far as coordinating paper choices if you buy stacks or paper pads they usually all coordinate so they take away that guessing...does it go or not! :)
