A new card and pics of the tags I received

I Colored this little guy with Copics, and I used the  papers from  hot off the press  called School days  the round  embellishment is from making-memories.
I stamped this really cute phrase on the inside with  a stamp from  Studio G.

Hello Everyone, Hope you are all enjoying the wonderful summer sun and some out door fun.  I created a Graduation card and matching bag for my super smart handsome nephew.  he attended a High School that offered a college program, so besides getting his H.S. diploma, he also received his  two year associates degree. He is going to continue college and will be taking something in the medical field. below are some pics of the creation of the bag ( super simple to do).
The paper and scor tape I used.

I put a lot of tape. but it doesn't really need this much and you can also just use a glue stick.

I like using stazon ink pad for most of my stamping because it dries in a flash.

Ta- Da  all done, super quick and unique.
Hi again, here are the tags I  received from a tag swap I did in April. Laura from following the paper trail host it and there were about 320 people that signed up, and three different groups of tags. all together Laura received about 2,700 tags. She had her work cut out for her, so while she sorted and packed all the groups together, I patiently waited and received my tags last week. ( so happy).  Every one did an awesome job with them, they are all beautiful to me. If you have reach this far down the post I thank you! Please continue the Pics of the tags are next. Hugs and god bless.

I posted this pic twice because I wanted to show the last  card on the right.  On the next  pic below you will notice I flipped  that last tag. The lady that made it decorated the back as beautiful as the front ( so cool).

The last tag has a little pocket with a small tag inside ( so cute).

  2. So glad to see you posted something on your blog. I've been coming to your blog for the past week hoping you had somethings to share. Your card is super cute. Love the coloring you did. You should be so proud of your nephew. He definitely has a good head on his shoulders. Wow, you definitely lucked out with the tags. I love the one in the middle from the first picture. They are all nice. Now you have a nice collection to display in your room. Hope you do a post on how and where you display them.

  7. Those tags are just beautiful! how amazing to get thousands of them. I think I'd be a bit overwhelmed. I'm not too clever at filing things and they'd end up in a big heap :)

    That is a beautiful bag!
